On the other hand, why would God want you to cut the rope? You know the joke about the drowning guy who rejects the helicopter, the raft, and all of the other rescue efforts because he assumed God would save him, only to find out that God's messengers were those very efforts...
i dont get it, what are you asking? God would want you to cut the rope becasue the dude was only 10 feet from the ground. you dont know how close you are, but if you only listen to God, He'll save you.
