just came across your blog and it looks interesting... where are you learnign shechita? I learned it a few years ago.... I live down that dirt path away in RBS....
rafi g...i learned it from my chavrusa when i was in mta, he taught (and still teaches actually) the yu shechita shiur.
you live in rbs? wow, thats cool. which one? chassidish, or american?
