i want to work for the Culinary Institute of America just so i can say i work for the CIA.

Dude - the CIA doesn't employ chefs... they employ professors, who are master chefs, or at least, executive chefs for a minimum of 5 years someplace before they become profesors. Also, you can't get in without a letter of recomendation from someone who actually went there. So i guess it's almost as hard as trying to get into the *other* CIA.
Besides - the CIA in Washington has a catering service...
